Victor Deon Williams, a black male, DOB 01-19-69, is a registered sexual offender in Bay County in reference to a sexual offense involving a minor that took place in 2000. 


During the course of a recent investigation, information was developed that Williams had absconded from his last known address on Gulf Pines Drive, and is currently living at an unknown location.

Morgan County Sheriff Investigators along with the Falkville Police Department arrested Dana Edward Aills for failing to comply with laws regulating sex offenders. 


Aills was identified during a traffic stop by a Falkville Police Officer as a Registered Sex Offender out of Pennsylvania, and he had an active warrant out of Washington state which was not extraditable.
